A new generation of Swiss technology lawyers has arrived to answer the challenges which faces the society in this 4th industrial revolution”, says the Swiss local journal “PME Magazine”.

This article dated 28 June 2017 provides a nice presentation of the new generation of geek lawyers which are specialized in the field of technology. I am very honoured and proud to be part of this article, which draws a nice picture, together with my three colleagues: Nicolas Capt, Sylvain Metille and François Charlet.

Transfering the blog to a swiss server and domain name

Dear readers,

I’m working on transferring this blog to a swiss hosting provider in order to stock all the data in Switzerland. This action should definitely increase user data protection and this would consequently apply swiss law. For the past 4 months, this website has only been written in french, but from now on, I’ll try to write in both languages if I have the time to do it.

Since the traffic on my website has been growing up, I consider the step of having opened this blog as relevant and not useless ! I’ll be proud to continue being followed by all of you and many others.

I hope to finish the transfer and the modifications for September 2013.
